         Muderhwa Seraphin is an author, digital rights advocate, and social impact innovator. 
         Born and raised in Bukavu, East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, during years of political unrest, 
         he witnessed firsthand how conflict, displacement, and insecurity reshaped lives. 
         These experiences became the foundation of his book, Safari: A Journey Through Fire and Hope, a story of resilience and survival in the Great Lakes region.</em>.
        </p>
        <p>
          Seraphin holds a <strong>Master of Science in Information Technology</strong> from the <strong>University of Derby (UK)</strong>
          and a <strong>Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Management</strong> from the <strong>University of Essex (UK)</strong>.
          His blend of technical expertise and management skills fuels his leadership at the intersection of technology, human rights, and inclusive development.
        </p>
        <p>
          Today, Seraphin leads <strong>Digihub Africa</strong>, a pan-African nonprofit organization dedicated to building safer and more inclusive digital spaces.
          Under his direction, Digihub Africa empowers underserved communities, from women and girls confronting online abuse to young people navigating the risks of cyberbullying;
          ensuring that technology becomes a tool for dignity, equity, and hope.
